 Can I track my order online?

YES! Our website features real time order tracking. You can track your order to obtain the latest status, shipping information, etc.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process.
  • A second email with your invoice including shipping charges will be sent out after the shipment has been sent out through UPS. The receipt of the first e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. You may receive a call from Flip Flop Express to confirm your order.

 Where can I learn more about shipping and handling?
  • All orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00PM PST will be shipped out the same day. All orders received after 12:00PM PST will be shipped out the next day. Friday through Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. Exception applies to the National Holidays and special circumstances.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Parcel post, unless otherwise requested.

  • Delivery time is between 2 to 7 business days from the time your package is shipped, dependent on USPS shippin schedule.

  • Business day delivery service excludes Holidays & Weekends.

  • Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number will be sent.

  • Flip Flop Express is not liable for the lost packages that are uninsurable.

  • Lost Parcels: Flip Flop Express is not responsible for the lost/missing insured parcels during the transportation. In case of such an event that the insured parcel is missing or lost, Flip Flop Express will submit the insurance claim for the customer. Flip Flop Express cannot credit customer's account until the insurance claim is successfully resolved, and Flip Flop Express receives the fund from the shipper. Also, the shipping charge for the lost parcels is excluded from the insurance coverage, and Flip Flop Express cannot credit/refund the original shipping charge. Please note that the USPS shipment policy requires a 60-day waiting period before submitting for an insurance claim.

  • Please note: If incomplete and inaccurate address is provided, USPS will hold packages an extra day at the destination. Under the circumstances, USPS charges the extra shipping costs to the shipper Flip Flop Express) for the Address Correction Service. Flip Flop Express reserves the right to charge customer $8.00 to cover the expense incurred by the incomplete/inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer. The extra charge by Flip Flop Express on customer's credit card account may show up after 4 to 6 weeks from the order date due to the USPS billing cycle. It is customer's responsibility to provide the accurate shipping address at the time of order to eliminate the unnecessary shipment delay and the additional charges.

 What is your return policy?

Flip Flop Express is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Flip Flop Express within 90 days,  in the condition that you received it, and you will receive a cash refund. After 90 days and up to 365 days we will issue an online e-Gift Card that never expires,  redeemable at FlipFlopExpress.com in the amount equivalent to the item value.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange.

Three Simple Steps

1. Complete the Return & Exchange Form on your packing slip / Invoice (provided to you in the original packaging) and enclose with your return merchandise. To Download a copy of the form Click here

2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

3. Take your package to the Post Office, UPS or your favorite Currier.

   *Return postage is customer's responsability. Please use a trackable, insured shipping method.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The amount will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

   *Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.

   *Flip Flop Express is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
